To ensure the best experience, we need to know 2 weeks in advance.
Yes, we backup all of your videos and assets. Although it is not our responsibility, we have a system in place to periodically archive off all videos and assets.
We create a unique DropBox or Google Drive link for our customers to download their videos.

When you're ready to create your video, there are 3 main phases: pre-production (sometimes called concept gathering), production and post-production (sometimes called editing). Post-production is where you put the finishing touches on your film by adding music, special effects or other visual elements. When post-production is done, so is your video!
Rarely is location a difficult hurdle to clear and many times we can address video production needs before they arise. But on occasions when a client needs to shoot in a very specific location that requires permits, permissions etc., the need for an accurate production estimate becomes even more critical. We use our experience and resources to address needs like these when they arise.

As the industry constantly evolves and new standards of quality are introduced, we invest continuously in our equipment to ensure that you always receive exceptional film quality. We shoot in 4K broadcast-quality video and utilize additional kits (such as lighting kit, radio mics, and green screen) where appropriate to ensure we can deliver a bespoke service for your brief.
